I offered a Special Offer, the guest accepted, but the booking does not reflect the Special Offer.

What do I do. Can I have the guest cancel (my cancelation policy is FLEXIBLE), then re-book?

 

She said she booked through the offer. But if she did, I would think that the discount would be reflected.

 

If she does cancel...Will the special offer still be available for her? Or do I need to re-send?

Why not just send her the special offer now? Canceling and rebooking will probably cost the guest some AirBNB fees, so make it easy!
