I received 100 euros less in payout than my guest actually paid. Why did this happen if the 'service fees' are only 3 per cent? Any suggestions? This seems like Airbnb took a horrifically large cut?

@Paula96  Airbnb charges the guest a 6-12% service fee on top of your nightly rate, so it is likely the guest pays marginally more than the host receives.
