Air BNB tech support cannot be contacted directly, but go through the usual contact methods and your issue will be forward to the appropriate section. That being said, was there an error in the set up of your listing with the wrong condo number? Or, are you changing to an new condo? If the latter, then you can delist the current condo and have a new listing with the new condo. Of course you cannot delist if there are existing reservations.
If it is a set up error, then you need to be patient with tech response but stay on top of it. Contacting Air BNB can be frustrating I know, but I have been happy with using the Twitter account for uncomplicated issues. Good luck
