I want to transfer a property to another login, however I don't want to lose my reviews, is this possible?

We don't have any tools for that...

I have received guests from other hosts but that was Airbnb (and the other host) asking me to take them at my house...

If this is an emergency or a big problem call them and they can arrange this to be done...
