If I am a real estate broker, When I create all listing under my account do I have to declare all $

Hi,

I work in Real Estate and rent some properties that are not mine but I listed under my account... Airbnb ask for my TAX information so I am worried because all income its declarated under my account even if I only obtain 15% of the booking and the rest is for the owner.

How to manage this situation? I was planning to transfer the listing to the owner and add my account as cohost but its seems that this is not possible and I dont want to start over because I loose all the great feedback.

Any help?

This tricky dilemma has come up a few times. I suppose that declaring (and showing) 85% as 'an expense' will create too many red flags.
