Is anyone else seeing a very inaccurate monthly total in the stats tab and also in the Performance section of the mobile app? The number for the Month of May reported there is way off. By comparison, if I go to Transactions and download a CSV file and add up the numbers the total is correct.
I've tried calling the SuperHost line, but folks there were not very helpful. I suppose ultimately this looks like a software bug that Engineering needs to fix, but I am just wondering if I am the only one seeing this?
We've been noticing the same thing & were not sure whether to rely more on the numbers from the website or mobile app. Sounds like you confirmed that the website stats are more accurate?
The main inaccuracy seems to be the "VIEWS" which are listed on the mobile app at nearly 10x the amount listed on the website, though REQUESTS and RESERVATIONS also differ somewhat. Would be glad to have an update if any progress made by anyone in clarifying this. Thanks!

Hi i joined as a host, a couple of months ago, with 0 bookingsa nd 3 requests with messages etc. On mobile shows 78 views, 18 requests!! Am i missing requests you think? I get notifications when someone asks me to clarify and preaproove, but what about those who just want to book? really upset...
Same issue with iPhone app. App is showing I have 4 requests and reservations. When I currently have zero. Also showing my listing has way more views than the website says.
