I inadvertently accepted the wrong fee for a reservation and my guest and I both want to cancel now that the mistake has been spotted but he will incur a fee and I will also lose my superhost status and I obviously want to avoid either of these eventualities.
My guest has already rejected a reservation amendment, so that's not an option.
The mistake came about because my base price was set to 550 EUR instead of 55 EUR and under the new percentage system my weekly price was set at a 97% reduction on my base price, which resulted in a weekly price of just 28 EUR (should be 295 EUR).
Of course now I've realised the new calculation method I can change the figures for future guests but am left with the problem of this guest. I am sure that I did not enter the base price figure of 550 EUR myself.
Please can anyone help?
