An upcoming guest has requsted changing the number of guests on her booking from 10 to 9. When I did this, she messaged back saying the reduction in the price was only UK£11 but she works out that it should be UK£38.
What might be the cause of this?
The price alteration system is buggy especially when you alter the number of guests. When you go and alter the booking you need to manually enter the reduced total price. So the guest is probably right.
