Inflated prices on map pinpointing my AirBnB!

I've just pinpointed my AirBnB on the map and there is a £44 inflated price over what I'm actually charging?!  Then on top of that an additional service charge.  Has anyone else noticed this?!

The price shown on the map is including all costs, which can be : cleaning fee, service costs, VAT, local taxes. Your listing charges GBP 12,- extra for each additional guest above 2, a cleaning fee of GBP 50,- and an Airbnb Guest service Fee of 17%

I didn't realise the map price included all those things, I thought it was the base price.  Many thanks for putting me in the picture.
