Instant Booking issue

I have had a booking request come through on Instant Book where I set my default to "only someone who has been positively reviewed by other hosts" but the instant book request that has been booked does not have any reviews and looks to be a first time user of AirBnB. How do I resolve this as when I go to cancel this reservation it looks to be treating it as a normal host cancellation even though Instant Booking says host can cancel "penalty free". How do I resolve this or is there even a customer centre at AirBnb that I can resolve this with directly?
