Is Co-hosting illegal in Arizona?

I was recently told that co-hosting an AirBnb in Arizona is illegal if I'm not a realtor.  However, I recently listed myself on the AirBnb Co-Host marketplace so I'm confused. Can someone clarify this for me?  I'm familiary with the 2017 AirBnb Law that was passed here in AZ that removed the short term rental ban in the state, but am unable to find information online about specifically "co-hosting" another person's property and the laws around that.

Hi Jenn,

I also have the same question! I’ve read on other forums about this & it seems to be a bit of a grey area. As an aspiring co-host I would love to connect with you. Please send me a message. Thank you!
