Is an Indian bank account necessary in order to host in India?

Hello,

I am an expat living in Bangalore (India) and I would like to rent out the extra room in my apartment through Airbnb. I followed the entire process on Airbnb to post a new listing, however I am stuck at a point in which I am asked to enter my Indian address to verify my bank account. I do not have a bank account in india, I have a Candian bank account. Isn't therefore possible to get my Airbnb payout into my Candian bank account while hosting in India?
