Is it a lie, is it an exaggeration, is it ok, or should I figure out how to report it?

Is it a lie, is it an exaggeration, is it ok, or should I figure out how to report it?

Hi. Perhaps lie is not the right word, but let me explain and tell me what you think.  I'd like the host (a management company) to fix the listing details, and have reported the "error" to them. They said they'd fix it right away but have not.  Ok.... so here's the deal:

My own listing is a studio condo at a ski resort. There are maybe 5 listings with the same floor plan as mine.  My condo and these others are studios with a murphy bed.  There is a dining alcove which a few of us owners have turned into an additional sleeping area with a real bed (no closet, just the bed in the alcove).  So, the condo floor plan is still the same, still a studio, and all but one of the hosts lists it as a studio, except for one management company who lists it as a "one bedroom".  It's clearly a studio and once guests review the photos of the listing, they are likely to notice that it really does not have a separate bedroom as advertised.  My beef is this:   by listing it as a 1 bedroom, they have more people landing on their listing, which is unfair to those of us who list it properly, as a studio.  I can't figure out how to report this, or even if I should.  Is it OK to list this studio with an alcove sleeping area as a one bedroom, then I will quickly change my own listing to the same thing, and quit being worried about it! Thanks for your help.

I personally wouldnt worry about it.  They will get bad reviews if they list it as such and its not.
