Is it possible to notify Airbnb about a guest without leaving a public review? If so-how?

Yes, it is possible. 24hours after the guest checks out, you'd be prompted to write a review for the guest. Apart of the review would be a public review which the guest and see and another section would be for private feedback to Airbnb, you can write your comments there 🙂
