Is there a way to publicly respond to guest reveiws?

I've gotten some reveiws that mentioned issues that have long since been resolved. I would hope that people could expect that our toilet isn't running after a two month old reveiw mentioned it was an issue but I still get questions about it. Is there a way I can address these concerns without having to edit my listing information?

All reviews/ responses must be made within the 14 days window so simple answer is no.

 

I understand your expectations that potential guest would assume repairs would have been carried out. However as a guest, If an outstanding repair was mentioned and the nature of the issue is such that would bother me than I would not assume that just because some time has passed it means the repair has been carried out,  I would seek confirmation from the host. I suggest that if you are getting enquiries regarding this repair that you add something to your listing to confirm it was a small issue which was immediately rectify.

 

The alternative will be to just leave things as they are, not everyone reads reviews and as time passes, that review will get fewer views as new reviews are added.
