Is this AIRBNB or AOL instant messenger?

Have a request from a guest that has their name as "Trust176" but in the message they say my name is "sam" and I'll be there at 3.

No reviews, new account. No photo now either so Trust 176 could be a robot.

Would you trust 176? And what kind of safety and security is this??

I dropped my prices very low for last minute and am a little leary of this one..

@Zappa0 I got an inquiry from someone whose profile name was "New."  Then he or she signed the message "Sanal."  Couldn't be bothered to put a name in the profile and just got assigned "New"?

This person wrote, "The cleaning fee and service charge is killing me.  Anyway you can offer discount to make it a sweet deal?"  I said I couldn't.

My favorite thing about this message in my inbox, aside from the profile name of "New," is that it now says "Not possible" next to it, because someone else booked.

People have to start somewhere, I guess, but with this one, you can say something like Because you don't have a profile that includes recommendations, we're going to have to check in on you frequently to make sure everything's okay.  If you're not comfortable with that, you don't have to book.

@Ann0 I messaged him asking for clarity on why he had two names and he said that the Trust175 was his e-mail account and that Airbnb must have automatically plugged that in as their name. Hopefully that's not a new option but "Screennames" wouldn't surprise me. He updated it for me...so I think it was just a misunderstanding and not someone faking a profile.

@Zappa0 Well done! Clueless newbie, not malicious.
