After a long long week of trying to understand why Airbnb keeps changing its pricing on the web (or indeed why any sane company would use Twitter as customer support system), I can still feel grateful that I have Airbnb :

Oh and fix the base pricing on the web before the EU shuts you down in Europe.. The EU uses email for complaints 🙂
