Journalist Seeking Washington DC Hosts for Interview

My name is Jesse Hathaway and I'm a research fellow and managing editor with The Heartland Institute.

Budget & Tax News, Heartland's policy newspaper, is working on a story about an ordinance under consideration by the Washington DC City Council that would restrict people who own multiple homes in D.C. from listing them on Airbnb and limit the number of days a home could be listed on Airbnb to just 90 days.

Would any DC-area Airbnb hosts be interested in doing a brief phone interview about how the proposal would be affect them, what the city government could be doing instead to make things easier for people to find a place to stay when sight-seeing, how Airbnb, short-term rental services, and the peer-to-peer economy in general are important to everyday people... that sort of thing?
