Laws in Colombia

Hey guys

I'm trying to set up an Airbnb Arbitrage business in Medellin Colombia. So I want to rent an apartment an subrent it on Airbnb. Unfortunately, all of the real estate agencys I talked to, told me, that it's not allowed to subrent it. Does anyone now the laws about subrenting in Colombia or anyone made some experiences here in Colombia? I want set it up legaly that means I want to have it clearified in my contract.
