Listing visibility

Dear Airbnb,

As you can see, I use airbnb as a host, guest and I am active here. I never had problems with our collaboration, but currently I search listings by incognito window and I can't find my listings, no one of them!

It means, that I could have income, but I lost them because guests can not find my listings and it is issue from Airbnb. I am talking about all pages, I went till the end, but could not find any of my listings.

Here are my listings:

Please solve this problem as soon as possible, or reimburse to me the money which I lost becase of my listings were not visible.

Hello @Guram-Sherozia0. It is the community center of hosts and guests here, not Airbnb customer support. I can only tell you that Airbnb has pretty complicated algorithms of their search results. Take some time to read other topics in the forum on how to increase bookings. There is no guarantee from Airbnb when you just list and wait.

@Guram-Sherozia0  As @Marzena4 advised, you have not reached Air BNB staff.  I took the time to search for both of your listings and with appropriate search criteria, your listings appeared on the first search page.  I selected two days in November, narrowed price close to your nightly rate, no Instant Booking, and narrowed search area to central city.
