Airbnb transactions reporting system is mixing up reservations and adjustments from different listings and even different bank accounts and I have to do a CSI investigation each time that I want to understand the payouts, adjustments, etc.
Each one of my listings have different owners, I manage these properties for them and I need to report to them monthly. If Airbnb transactions reports are not correct, and if their funds get mixed up like they are, there is no way that I can keep separate accurate accounting for each listiung. We need a report that woukd show per listing, each rental with the adjustments associated with each rental, as well as any extra fees collected etc and the total amount for each reservation.
