Hi @Tina0.

Human nature is a bitch! 

- Detailed descriptors of location, transport options... good or bad.

- Solid house rules in your listing and around the Airbnb space.

- Good communication ALL the time....

But we just don’t have the control over the guest who doesn’t get the review system. Which would be most guests who are not hosts themselves. Hence the current host outcry around the new Super Host criteria....

s###t happens.... so try and stay calm and keep your sense of humour.

It’s a STL rental platform. No more, no less....  just breathe.....
