Longterm Guest Expectations

We have been hosts for a few places we own for close to a year now and have 3 longterm stays coming up at 2 of them.  We have done 1 longterm stay thus far so have a little experience but I have wondered if there are any "said" expections for longterm stays i.e. paper products, cleaning products, etc.

I couldn't find an existing conversation but if there is one, I would love to be directed to that if there are answers.  Thanks!

Only had a few long stays.  Because the washer is tiny and hanging space limited I give them a pack of change of bed linen and towels and tell them to leave soiled ones outside and msg me.  Also requested to msg me if supplies running out as they are paying more on the daily rate than taking standard lease.

As it is next to another apartment, i offer a vacuum when cleaner is at the other one.  Gives me a chance to inspect how they are treating the house.
