Hi there,
Due to new policy in San Francisco, I am needing to register as an Airbnb Host. The problem with that is it is currently against my lease agreement. Wanting to be legal, I am thinking of moving into a building or unit that is Airbnb friendly and approved by my landlord. Certainly, arrangements can be made to appease parties involved.
Is there anyone out that is a landlord, knows of one, that would be willing rent to an Airbnb Superhost? I do know of the Avalon Community Buildings, but not that interested in living in a massive apartment buildings.
About me:
I do have full time job in communications for a major biotech company, but I do enjoy the supplimental income from Airbnb when I travel every few months.
