Looking for a co-host in Central Bath, England

Hi - I run an Airbnb guest room (The Hideaway) located in the garden of my house in Central Bath, UK.  I'm away for 3 weeks in April and I'm looking for a local co-host who would like to run it for me during that time.  I rent the room (double bed and bathroom) on a one night minimum basis (so it can get busy!) and the rates and generally between £75 and £120 per night so it could generate quite a nice income for the co-host.   Requirements are:

Change over of bedding and cleaning (on average 3-4 times per week)

Washing of towels and bed linen

Dealing with communication via the Airbnb app

Please note, there is no requirement for customer interaction (meeting and greating)

Please note, generally a full clean and bedlinen change takes no more than 45 minutes.
