Looking for a co-host in Melbourne CBD/ Southbank area

Long story short, I need someone that can meet my guests at the entrance of my apartement building and hand over the keys to them once they arrive. Nothing more, nothing less. I will only need this when I can't be there to do that for them, so its on and off. 

Willing to pay cash/ directly for each key transfer.
