Looking to swap Mesa verde, co property for mystic ct property

I have a four bedroom, four bathroom house... Mcelmoinn Inn located in Cortez, CO. It is close to Mesa Verde national park and the four corners area. It is near Durango, co. 

I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house near mystic, ct or cape cod, ma. Would like to go to the mystic or cape cod area Wednesday- Sunday sometime in July 2019. Dates are sort of flexible. You can have our house for the same amount of time but the days don’t have to be the exact days we would be in mystic. Can trade days for anytime spring/summer 2019 that we have open.
