Low water crossing

I am going to open an airbnb in rural Arkansas. It has a low water crossing that can easily be crossed. Although when the water is high you will need a 4x4. It has a walk bridge that can you can access the property when the water is high. How do I mention this in my listing?

@Cindy1127 just put it in the description. I would also advise messaging every guest when they book to confirm they are happy with this or they should cancel in the 48hr free of charge period.

@Cindy1127  You mention everything  in your listing information that guests will need to be aware of, the pros along with the possible cons.

@Cindy1127  I would mention it a few places in the listing and include photos of the water crossing at both low and high levels w/a caption explaining each times of year, etc. and also of the foot bridge.
