My partner and I have been Airbnb hosts for over two years, with over 100+ reviews and currently have a superhost status. In the last year we had a small addition to our family and decided life was too short, so we upsticks and relocated to Manchester, UK. We currently manage our existing Airbnb properties remotely, whilst we research/explore our new location.

It would be great to connect with other local hosts. If you're new to Airbnb and looking to start hosting, we are happy to share our experiences and offer advice.

@Louise146  Hi Louise. 

So ive been a host for my house in Manchester (M14) for just over 3 and half years now. I’m currently a super host. 

However, since I live in Italy, I’m having some difficulties when problems arise. I have a cleaner who is very unreliable and very unresponsive and when there is a problem (like a broken front door lock, etc) it’s a total nightmare for me. 

I’m really looking to find someone in Manchester who has experience of hosting and wants to become my co-host. I need someone who can turn the house over (change bedding/linen, clean, check toilet roll, etc) but also someone who guests can contact easily in case of an emergency. I need someone super reliable who perhaps has experience of this sort of thing. 

Could you recommend anyone by One by any chance?

My husband and I are new to hosting and due to us having jobs in London, we are looking for cleaners and people who can do the washing of the bedding and towels and putting them back on the beds.  Also, someone who could perhaps greet the guests, or is a lock box with the fob to the smart lock on the yale door ok?

I have several flats in Manchester City which i have been air bnbing for the past 2 years, they bring in a great income, my co-host is stepping down in the next few months and i'm looking for someone to take on the spaces - Cleaning takes place between 11am and 3pm and each flat takes under an hour to clean, we use a lockbox for the guests and all you need to do is send them a welcome msg and a greetings when they book, I manage the pricing and any service issues - income report which i can disclose to you if you are interested.. are you looking to co-host in Manchester?
