Messages through Air BnB not going through in full.

Hello, I have been conversing with a future tenant and he says that he has been recieiving only part of my text messages. Could it be something to do with the settings?

He probably needs to use the smartphone app (and enable "Push" messages, not just standard SMS text messages). And/or, look at the messages from within the app or within the website.
