Minimum Price will not stay set in Smart Pricing

I use Smart Pricing.  Works great in setting mimimum/maximum prices with one small problem ....

My Base Price was $79/night.  Set minimum price of $79/night in Smart Price.  Worked great for couple of months.

Then I decided to raise my rate from $79/night to $85/night.

So I reset my Base Price to $85/night.  No problem.  Next, I set my minimum price in Smart Price to $85/night.  But when I close the Airbnb app and re-open it later, the minimum price in Smart Price reverts back to the old rate of $79/night.  It appears the Airbnb app is not "saving" my changes.

Suggestions?
