Money not received when notice provided that it was sent
On 7/18/2016 I received an email that an ACH in the amount of $1,227.00 was being sent to me. I have received many ACH payments so I know that process is working. When reconciling our checking account we don't see that ACH payment. How can I request an investigation and proof that payment was sent?
Here is copy of the email I received:
Hi Shirley,
We've issued you a payout of $1227 via Bank Transfer. This payout should arrive in your account by Jul 21, 2016, taking into consideration weekends and holidays.

check with your bank first, I suspect those payments were credited (or subtracted) as 3 different payments, not as one payment of $ 1227.00. Maybe check your deposits a bit sooner, two months later it all gets hazy in our memories. Or call Airbnb - the numbers are posted here all the time, again and again.. find them by looking for them in the search box. Good luck!
We are facing same issue. It has been written that the money has been sent and approx estimated time is also passed but we still did not received. Where should we refer?
We are facing the same issue.. Airbnb states that money has been sent out to us.. But there has been no actual deposit in our bank yet.. It has been a week now..
What do you suggest we do? I will call my bank and find out this morning..
