Monthly Listing Woes!!!

Hello. I have a monthly listing that should be listed for 2700/month that is listing for 11,455 per month since I changed it to allow Instant booking. When I lower the number of guests, the monthly price goes down. This was not happening before I changed it to Instant Book. PLease help. Thank you! Julia

@Julia602, the pricing of a listing does not change just because Instant Book is on.

The prices you see are solely be calculated according to whatever price settings you have chosen. I assume that since lowering the number of guests lowers the price that you have a charge for extra guests?

If you want your monthly price to just be a predictable amount, then set that and remove the charge for extra guests.

Instant Book is not involved in how much a room costs per night.
