Monthly booking price

Hi,
I've set my monthly price at 18000thb which is around 600 per day
But when guest book 31 days I get pay only 16815 which is 542 per day.
Anyone can help?

Hi @Ploi0,

Your monthly rate is determined by the individual dates the guests book and you have a 40% dicount set if people book a month or more (28 days or more).  For example, your listing is $36CAD (my currency) but if I book it for 28 nights or more, I get it for $21.60 CAD.

You can adjust this discount in the pricing section of your listing.
