Moving airbnb hosting to a new owner

We have sold our 1 property to new owners and need to transfer this into their own personal banking account & business. We still have another property with other bnb units and would like to divide them into 2 separate businesses. How do i go about doing so?

@Cherise19  Listings, ratings and reviews, and bookings are not  transferrable. The new owner has to start from scratch with a new listing.

I hope you do not have confirmed bookings after the closing date of the sale.  If you do, you have a big can of worms to deal with.
