Multiple listings and rates

I have not listed my properties yet. I have two venues on the same property with different features. One is more fitting for events/workshops/weddings and the other is a smaller b&b.

Is there a way to have different rates for one listing? I was thinking I would have the wedding venue be the parent listing and the b&b be the child listing, in case the bookers wanted to utilize the whole property and have a special rate for that. But if they just wanted to book the parent listing for the day, could I also create a separate day rate?

Airbnb is not an appropriate platform for listing venues.  Also, the company has an algorithm that may likely remove your listing if it contained words like "events/workshops/weddings", because of the no parties rule that's in place.
