My account is blocked with no valid reason

Hi my account is blocked with no reason and no one is coming back to me with answers. What must I do, I can’t transfer my ratings and reviews

@Julie1463I don't see that your account is blocked: I still see your profile and a listing. What do you mean when you say your profile is blocked?

@Julie1463I just even went through the booking procedure, and it would have let me complete a booking for this week. 

Are you having payout issues?

I don't see the listing either, strange.

Have a similiar situation in the german CC where some members can see a profile and for some it looks like the profile does no longer exist.

@Alexandra316 , I think @Julie1463 means her listing has been deleted, the listing on her profile is a new one and the reviews on her profile are from an earlier listing.

I have no idea why a listing would be deleted, unless you've been incredibly terribly naughty.
