My co-host not recievig message

Since a few days, my co-host stopped receving messages.

I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that I briefly connectec Wix hotel runner API to my account. (disconneted since then)

I already tryed to remove my co-host and invinting them back, but it didn't fix the issue of my co-host.

anyone has gone through this issue ?
