My emails and texts when I have a inquiry are coming through in another language

I would love to be able to contact airbnb, need some help to work out why all of a sudden my emails

and texts are coming through in another language.

 

It's annoying that Airbnb make it so hard to contact them

You can check a couple of places yourself, @Maureen46. First of all, look in the footer area at the bottom of your dashboard. There is a dropdown for language and one for currency. Check that the language there is English. That sometimes accidently gets changed. 

Next go to Edit Profile under your photo at the top right. About halfway down that page is Preferred Language. Check that it is English.

Thanks for your suggestions, I did adjust the one under my profile but it has made no difference to the

email coming through in another language.  Don't know whats caused it as I feel it's something I've accidently

done when I was working in airbnb.  Everything is in English while working with airbnb thank goodness but it's

a lot easier with emails & text were.

Do you know how to email or contact airbnb for personal help.
