My guest accidentally gave me a wrong star rating. She wants to change it. How?

Hi! My guests accidently gave a wrong star rating for clearliness. In their review they praised the appartment for being "very clean", but they accidently clicked a wrong star. Now they want to change it, but they do not how. I also cannot find this information on website. Please help me!
