Hello, I have a guest who can't read my message, he can see I have sent one but can't see the whole message, its very frustrating. Does anyone else have this problem?
Same problem but only if the guest is looking at the message in a text. If they open the message in their email or thru the Airbnb site they can see the entire message. Where is the guest opening the message?
I have emailed several airbnb hosts thru airbnb web site with specific questions about their property. I get a text reply which I cannot see more than approximately 10 words, then the test stops. When I open the email, the questions I asked are not there and there is no reply, only the invite to book. if I were an airbnb operator I would not be happy. Comment about using the whole website is not useful, it does not resolve the problem.
