My guest's payment never went through

My guest's payment never went through

I hosted a guest that has been here before back in September and the payment was never made to me. It's still in my "Future Payouts" list. Does that mean the credit card they used bounced or does it mean airbnb has forgotten to pass those dollars on to me? It's $209.

Yes, there is probably a glitch somewhere so call Airbnb and let them know you have not received payment since guest came and it has been 2 months since guest had the stay. If PayPal is available to you, it is very reliable and you get paid day after guest arrive unless it's a holiday or weekend.

I have had that happen too -- sometimes there are things that fall through the cracks -- if a payment for a reservation that has come and gone is still in your future payouts, call AIrbnb customer service to get it resolved.
