Hello all,
My house registration was denied in Chicago. The reason is "You have attempted to register a unit which is not your primary residence, in a building with four or fewer dwelling units. You may apply for a Commissioner's Adjustment to waive the primary residency requirements."
I download the commissioner's adjustment application. Something I don't understand,
1. what should I put in the "Ward: "
2. There are 3 reason to adjustment:
My unit is located in a single family home that is not my primary residence.
My unit is located in a building containing two to four units, and the unit I want to register or license is not my primary residence.
My unit is located in a building containing two to four units where the maximum allowable number of units have been licensed and/or registered.
My house is townhouse which stick with other neighbor, which reason should I choose? Do I need to send other support file with together or just send the adjustment application?
Please help!!
Thank you very much!
