Im new to hosting, like an hour new. i have unblocked the days i want to rent out. i can go and search on airbnb those those dates and mine is there. yay. but then i click on it and it states: "Those dates are not available"...
i have instant book on too, what am i missing?? please help, i am spending waaaay to much time trying to futs with things.

Welcome to Airbnb. Perhaps the issue is you set your minimum stay to a certain length, and therefore it's preventing a period that's shorter than the minimum period from being available?
Unfortunately, you'll need to manually go into your calendar and adjust the minimum stay for the specific period if that is the problem.

Try to wait for about 1 to 2 hours after listing. The system takes time to complete the availability of your listing

For the next person who reads this thread.... It took several hours after I published my listing for the "Those dates are not available" problem to go away. I published it in the early evening, and by the next morning, it was working fine.

Hey guys, let me sit here also, dates are not available for 5-6 hours already...
BTW, you don't need to turn off your computer during this time, trust me, I'm an engineer.
It's server|cloud side that takes the time.
I have the same problem.
I listed two rooms ca 7 hours ago and unblocked both rooms to be available during the same days.
One room has been booked, but the other still shows as not available during the days it actually is available.
Very frustrating!
Has your problem been solved the next morning?
