My synch calendars with VRBO is not working any idea what to do?

I have exported my VRBO calendar onto My Airbnb page but the synchronization is not working. Any idea why and what should I do? Thanks for your help!

I did the same thing and it's working great. Did you get the calendar URL from VRBO? they provide an URL which you should configure on your Airbnb listing.

Check that the URL from VRBO is the ical calendar. To do this, go to a browser and paste the VRBO, it should download a ics file.

I have had a similar problem with iCal sharing. Often they don't update. Airbnb even put 2 bookings on the same day! When I cancelled I now find they want to retain 2 x47€!! Does anyone know how you can speak to accounts here??! I'm having no joy and I refuse to pay for an error that isn't mine.  Grrrrr!

ICal etc will not avoid double booking, there is always a delay.

I had to cancel a booking for my apartment which has been already booked for month but because the synchronization didn't work with VRBO calendar the dates were still showing available on Airbnb. They charged me 94 Euro for the cancellation which I don't think it's fair as it wasn't my fault!!!

I think you misunderstand what synching is, it will not avoid double bookings.
