Lately I haven't been to any of my AIRBNB'S at all :). The reason why is I have an awesome maid and I have a REPLENISH lady. What is a replenish lady you may ask? Well I'll tell you: A replenish lady is a lady who replenishes the items in your airbnb(toilet tissue, soap, etc) that the previous tenant has used up. She also looks for damages and missing items(you only have 24 or so hours to claim any missing or damaged items once the guest has moved out). She notifies you of insects, etc. She also sends a video of the condo once she's done(or pictures if you prefer). She has been amazing and has kept me from having to go the units for anything.
