Need assistance with a special rate

I used to have two rooms listed, but now I only list one room. I had someone reach out to me looking for both rooms.  I decided to allow it and sent her a special rate for $307.  She said that was fine, but when she went to confirm her reservation the rate dropped to $184 and now I don't see an option to adjust the rate back to what we discussed. 

Any ideas?

@Abbie-and-Kevin0 Before accepting her reservation request, send her a Special Offer where you can set the price you want.  Here's how it works:

Hi Clare.

I already did that. It showed my rate of $102/night. It looks like she sent a new reservation request that came up at $62/night and it won't let me make any changes. It says accept or decline.

@Abbie-and-Kevin0  My Bad!  You can only send a Special Offer when you receive an inquiry, not a booking request.  Tell your guest to cancel her booking request and instead send an inquiry ("Contact Host button").  Then the Special Offer button will appear.  So sorry to lead you astray!
