Hi, I am a host about 1 year now. My home is rivitalo & my own purchased. One week before isänontsja call me and asking me wheather My property is used for B/B or not? I answered yes. He told me you can do it but you need following things to do so..

1.Open you own company

2. Make property insurance for guest and your propery because taloyhtiö vakutus is only for residence.

3. And tax.

I said I add rental income with my income tax and Airbnp has insurance for property(incase damaged by guest). But how can I get guest insurance ? Any similar experience in Finland hosts faced??
