New Eviction law

I have had cancellations, and am now trying to only rent monthly.  But I am worried about someone booking for a month through Airbnb, and then refusing to leave.  How does Airbnb cope with this?  Now that in Alberta you can no longer evict tenants.

@Penny324  There's not really anything AIrbnb can do to force a guest out of your property, regardless of whether they've acquired the right of tenancy. If the payment method fails, Airbnb can cancel the booking, but beyond that you're on your own.

I don't know Canadian law but surely if they only get tenants rights after a month then if they are booked for less than this and don't leave then they are technically trespassing.

Do check carefully what length of stay allows them to get tenants rights - a month is somewhat ambiguous.
