New(ish) host saying hello-- anyone from Maryland, USA?

Just wanted to take a minute to "check in!" (Corny but couldn't resist.) Hi everyone!

 

We started opening up our cottage in February of this year and recently got to Superhost status. The vast majority of our guests have been fantastic, but we did have one with a pet that did some serious damage and refused to reimburse us or admit that is what happened. But so far everyone else has been lovely. (AirBNB did not do anything in this case. We had copious amounts of proof. Disappointing.)

 

I searched the meetups and groups in my area and didn't see much. Any AirBNB hosts in Maryland? I have been thinking about organizing a meetup at our cottage in the vacuum of existing ones.
